Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and protect your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
